What manner of man are you that can summon fire without flint or tinder?
I… am an enchanter.
By what name are you known?
There are some who call me… Tim.
I have had a tough time pronouncing Dimachaeron. I was having a problem with the pronounciation and Nik said, “There are some who call me…Tim.”
“Hey, I can pronounce Tim,” and it stuck. If you haven’t seen Monty Python and the Holy Grail then do so. It is a fantastic movie and the source of how Tim the Dimachareon came to be.
Right now I am at a crossroads. I have just completed 2500 points of Grey Knights (yes I know they are Gold) and have a few project that I want to work on. I am not tired of painting Grey Knights yet. I have a preference to play with painted models so I am inspired to continue on with them. Then there are the Carcharodons. They were my previous project and I am quite pleased with how they have turned out. I’ve had Inquisition models primed for years and it sure will be nice to get those painted up too. Most of my Sisters of Battle are painted so they can sit for now.
I haven’t painted my Tyranids for a while so I will tackle Tim the Dimachaeron at least. Tim will be followed up with the Broodlord from the Deathstorm set. When I purchased Tim I also bought a Caestus Assault Ram. I am not going to lie. The Caestus kit is big and slightly intimidating. My Tyranid painting scheme does not have the same of amount of highlights, which is a good thing. I have a lot and will love to show them on the Roost one day.
Let’s follow the white rabbit.
