Cardboard Car

The week has been great to begin my project of building a cardboard car.  In case you have forgotten I have a hypothesis that I want to test.  The sheep around here are scared of humans and run away if us homo sapiens get too close.  The sheep, however, seem to be fearless of cars and take there time to cross roads.  I wanted to build a car out of cardboard to see if I could get close enough to touch a sheep.  The abundance of rain we have had this week provided the opportunity to begin the project.

Body work begins. This is the only part pf the car that is glued.

The body is coming together nicely. It looks more like a car now.

The car is in the process of being painted at the moment.  I will post more photos after the car has completed its extreme makeover.  I will then take it for a spin on the Camas front lawn and try hit some sheep.

Good luck hitting the sheep Alex! I hope you’ll get Michelle to take a video. Any news on Peter’s gender?

A video will be forthcoming. I am looking forward to ramming a sheep (thanks for the idea Emmy). No news on Peters gender yet. Two of the lambs have made their way back to Camas. Most of the moms have been back for a week and a half now. I still have hope that Peter is of the female persuasion.
