The Roost of Turkadactyl

I’ll take a short break from Carcharodons and showcase some more Adepta Sororitas.  This week it will be Dominions.  Back in the days of the Witch Hunter codex the Seraphim were the bee’s knees for fast attack.  With the flexibility of faith points back then they were a great swiss army knife.  Now the Dominions are my first choice for fast attack.

I painted the guns of the Dominions white to differentiate them from the Retributors and Battle Sisters.  I have two Dominion squads.  I have painted the backpacks with alternate colours to tell the two Dominions squads apart.  I have the option to run up to four flamers or four meltaguns.  I have options for the Sister Superior with a bolter and power sword, a combi-flamer or storm bolter.  Their ability to outflank allows me to get behind the enemy lines quick (if reserve rolls go well of course).

The nice thing with 8 total special weapons, two Sister Superiors and a Simulacrum Imperialis is I can run two squads.  I only have one transports for them though so they will have to paper rock scissors to get the ride.
